Mount Xavier Compound, formerly known as Bunker A, is a Minecraft base located on Attempt2 that serves as the de-facto capital of the Attempt2 Transitional Authority (ATA). Created by nc77812 and RandomUser34, construction broke ground on October 21st, 2022. It is the first admin base on Attempt2 and is the longest running currently inhabited base on the server.

History
the Attempt2 Minecraft Server went public on October 13th, 2022. nc77812 and RandomUser34, who were the creators, and therefore first players of the server, created an unnamed base approximately 800 blocks from spawn. Planning to create a lavacasted building out of a mountain, construction broke ground on the base on October 17th, 2022. Both quickly came to a realization the base was much too close to spawn, and the decision was made to abandon the base shortly afterwards.
Construction on Mount Xavier compound began on October 21st, only a few days after server incorporation. Since then it has grown into one of largest and most resource abundant bases on the server, making it a prime target for theft and abuse.

Mount Xavier Compound's current population consists of three people. It is located directly adjacent to the mostly abandoned, now build-only town of Bridgeport and is next door the currently vacant Bunker B. It serves as the de facto capital of the Attempt2 Transitional Authority, currently the only officially recognized country in the server. The compound offers many farms, some of which are either automatic or semi-automatic. Mount Xavier Compound also has the largest known storage unit in the server, consisting of around 956 chests.
