1. NO FORMS OF HATE, DISCRIMINATION, HARRASSMENT AND/OR BIGOTRY OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED.

This rule applies to any form of verbal/oral communication within this server.

2. NO HACKS/EXPLOITS.

This includes tools such as X-ray, and obvious things such as hacked clients.

3. NO spamming/annoying others.

Such behavior may result in a temporary mute, but persistent behavior will lead to a ban.

4. GRIEFING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

This applies to player-built/operated buildings/machines.

5. LOOTING IS FORBIDDEN, IN MOST CASES

An exception applies when:

- The player has been inactive for more than 3 months;
- The player is permanently banned.

AS SUCH, the onus is on the player to ask a member of staff whether it is OK or not to loot a structure, as they are able to check with CoreProtect.

6. ANY MACHINE THAT CAUSES SERVER LAG CAN AND WILL BE DISMANTLED.

If the build is found to be intentionally causing lag, the player who constructed it will be banned.

7. STAFF ARE TO FOLLOW THE CODE OF CONDUCT.

- If it is found that the staff member in question has legitimately violated their code of conduct, they will be punished.
- If it is found that the player has falsely reported a violation with malicious intent, that player shall be punished.
- Final decisions will be given by the Server Owner, in extraordinary cases where all Admins are unavailable to make judgement, OR if the affected staff member is an Admin.
- The staff code of conduct will be made available in the ⁠staff-applications channel.

8. If you attempt to evade punishment of any kind, you will simply be punished more.
